Goa - best destination in India Recently we visited  Goa for 3 nights & 4 days on 24 th to 27 th Jan 2018. It was a sudden plan and due to long weekends flight tickets cost were high and most of the resorts and beach hotels were gone sold out. We decided to continue with our Goa plan and booked through railways, which takes overnight (14 -15 hrs ) journey from Yashwantpur railway station, Bangalore. The train stopped at Mudgaon and Vasco station. Our hotel La Paz Garden was centrally located in Vasco town at a walkable distance from the   Vasco Da Gama station. We reached in the morning at 8 am. Hotel   considered us for the early check In. By the time we took rest and freshen up, it became lunch time. Jagannath Puri-best travel itinerary

The best trips are always unplanned. It was a Diwali (one of the biggest festivals of India) vacation when we visited our parent's place to celebrate it together. My mom had always wished to see Jagannath Puri once in her lifetime. We had still 3 to 4 days to vacation gets over, so we thought of taking her to this one of the Tirth (pilgrimage) of Hindu's Jagannath Puri. Jagannath Puri is famous for the ancient temple of Lord Jagannath , Balbadhra and Devi Subhadra. Lord Jagannath is one of the Avatara (form) of Lord Vishnu(one among the 3 trinity Gods of Hindu's). Most of the Hindu temples worship idols made up of stone Idols, but different to that tradition the Jagannatha Temple Idols are carved with wood. Vellore-Kanchipuram-Mahabalipuram-Puducherry

2017 was a tough year, some of the health issues were troubling us.Mid of September, conditions were improving but we were completely tired mentally. All our festivals were about to begin but there was no energy left to celebrate them. On 2nd October 2017, we packed our bags and started for an adventures road trip. We planned out few of the places, which we never thought off. We opened the map and connected them distance wise. Our trip plan was from Bangalore to Vellore -Kanchipuram-Mahabalipuram-Puducherry(Puducherry  was completely a bonus trip for us as it was not planned at all :) ) Bangalore-Vellore-Kanchipuram-Mahabalipuram-Puducherry travel route Vellore : Vellore is an olden city of the state of Tamilnadu.
